OKW Studio Villa Beds

I believe one of the beds in the OKW Studio Villas is a sofa bed. Am I correct and if so, could anyone reply about the comfort of them for adults. Just concerned since our group includes one senior and one expecting mother.

OKW's studio has 2 queen size beds. BWV and VWL studios have a double sleeper sofa and one queen bed.

I personally prefer a sofa and a bed.
The 2 beds at OKW make it feel crowded especially with DH using a power w/c.
All the other resorts have the sofa now.
