OKW Studio Online Check in and Request

I know it's not guaranteed, but I'm wondering if this room request is possible for a studio at OKW and if so, what would be the area you'd all recommend. I'm wondering if I could get a ground floor accessible room (someone in our room has an arthritis problem so would be great to get this) but have an accessible room that overlooks the water and not too far from the main pool and Olivia's café?
Possible? and if so, which building?

Ask for the 1st floor in building 13.Next best is building 32,34.

If you are a member, I would call member services to see if an accessible room is available. If not, request first floor or an elevator building (62, 63, 64). The other buildings do not have elevators, it's a long way up to the 2nd or 3rd floor for someone with leg problems.

Buildings 11 to 14 and 23 to 26 are in the near Hospitality House category, you would need to have that on your reservation.
