OKW Studio & Laundry Question

Hi! DH and I will be renting points and trying OKW for first time. We are getting a studio - I know that we will need to use washers/dryers outside of our room.

Question is - how much laundry soap do you get? Do you get any in a studio? We will only be staying 4 nights / 5 days and there is just the two of us. Would I need to buy any more soap? Also, are the washers / dryers free?

You will not get any detergent in a studio (1 one-load box of Tide is provided to the 1 bedroom and larger units only). You'll need to purchase detergent and a softening agent there or bring your own from home.

The washers/dryers in the guest laundries (near the pools) are free to resort guests.

Last time I was at OKW in a studio, I received 1 of the single load Tide Boxes. I don't know if that's always the case though. Either way, it's only 1 loads worth so I would bring some from home.

FYI, the machines are located at each of the pool areas, and look like coin op machines, but they are free. You just slide the coin slot in to start them.

They are kind of hard to find now, but if you can find those detergent tablets, those are nice to pack...you don't have to worry about spillage.

If we are going to be there for a while, I'll usually pick up a small bottle of detergent at the grocery store, when we do our grocery stop.
