OKW Studio Available 8/31-9/4

I have a reservation at OKW for a studio from Saturday 8/31-Wednesday 9/4 (4 nights) for rent. The cost would be $480 for the 48 points. I am willing to sell just the first three nights for $400, but my preference would be to sell all the points. I could probably add the 4th for an additional $80. While I could probably also get the full Memorial Day weekend (F-Sa-Su), I would not have enough points for any additional nights and the cost for those three nights would be $560.
