Is it difficult to get a studio at OKW 11 months out when renting points? I heard the studios are very spacious! Also, when renting points, is it possible to request a room near HH? Thanks!

You should not have a problem. Near HH is not a request, it's a booking category.

it's easy to get a studio at OKW as it is a larger resort. if you want a studio near the HH area (some prefer that area and some don't), there are a more limited number so those will tend to book up earlier (but usually not as early as 10-11 months out.)

At 11 months out you can get anything OKW. Hospitality House area is a booking category. It has a limited number of rooms and it is that area that you should book at 11 months out because it disappears long before rooms elsewhere do.
