OKW & SSR room layout

Since these are the only two WDW stand alone DVC resorts, I was curious about the villa are laid out. For example, I've seen posts that you don't want a studio under a Grand Villa at OKW b/c of the noise from the hardwood floors. Are most studios under GV's? Or can you get a 2nd or 3rd floor studio.

How many 2 BR's are dedicated 2BR and how many are lockoffs, # of studios, 1 BR , 2BR & GV, etc?

There are no OKW studios beneath a GV - all GV's (except one on the ground floor) have a dedicated 2BR underneath. Studios may be found on the first, second and third floors at OKW.

Each building has the same layout, and consists of 2 Grand Villas, 20 dedicated 2Bs and 24 lockoffs.

Hi --

Got this room description for SSR on the SWA website...could anyone tell me if this is for a studio or a one bdrm? The price is $174.
"Bungalows - L Shaped Unit With Views Of Water Courtyard OR
Parking Area. Each Unit Has A Bedroom With 2 Queen Beds And A..."


They also had a description for a loft w/queen bed and a queen sofa and that was for $260...can anyone help?

I though all the studios at SSR has a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa.

I though only the dedicated two bedrooms at SSR had 2 queen beds???

so I am not certainly - for that prize - I would say studio.

Sounds like bogus info to me. Saratoga Springs does not have any "L" shaped units. The only units with two queen beds are the dedicated Two Bedrooms.

Each studio has a queen bed and a sofabed, but I'm not sure how applicable the word " loft" would be.
