OKW ??'s, please advise

Our "home resort" is the Boardwalk, but we want to stay at OKW again in January 2004. How difficult is it to get special requests? For instance, we stayed in building 13, which was great because all we had to do is cross the street and we were at the Hospitality House. We want to request a 1 bedroom in either 11-14. Last time we stayed in a Grand Villa with the whole family and I wasn't sure if they had 1 bedroom's in buildings 11-14.

There are 1BR villas (also studios and 2BR villas) in all OKW buildings.

Requests are not guaranteed, although they do try to meet them. Since buildings close to Hospitality House are the most commonly requested, it's not usually possible to meet all requests for those buildings.

We have stayed all over the resort and have yet to be disappointed with a location.

Can't help you with the "How Difficult?" question, but there are 1 bedroom units in all of the buildings. Doc spent some time determining the types of rooms and their locations in the buildings. You can see the results of his survey in this thread:

Just don't get your heart set on a specific building. Both we and ncligs own at OKW and requested buildings 11-14 at the 11 month for last President's Day. Neither of us got our requests but we didn't let it ruin our vacation.

Tifanny123 is correct, and to add to that we checked in at OKW on a "Friday", in the morning (11:30 am). It was President's weekend which may be part of the reason we didn't get 11-14 .We did get building 26 right over the bridge, which was just as good.
