OKW Room Request Fax #

Looking for help on OKW room request fax number. Also how should we word what we are looking for in order to best maximize our chances to get what we are looking for? We are looking for something close to the HH as well as first floor. We are in a 1BR and we are traveling with a small child.

I would ask to be near a bus stop so I don't have to push the stroller so long - but everyone has different taste. Just ask to be near the HH (this is a very, very popular request - so don't be disappointed if it isn't there).

The first floor is more difficult - the main reason people generally ask for the first floor is health reasons - if you have a problem you will generally get the first floor or if a member of your party is elder and has trouble with steps. Kept in mind that the views from the first floor are not the greatest and part of OKW is the view.

definitely mention that you will be traveling with a small child.

I know quite a few of the OKW room assignors. Just fair warning...put your requests in when you make your reservation. If you send faxes and call, they get annoyed with you and you actually end up with a worse room assignment. Room requests are filled by when you booked your reservation. Also, most of the one bedrooms in the HH area are handicapped. Hope this helps!
