We have stayed in a 1 bed and enjoyed the facilities and layout.

SIL is looking to join us next year and rather than be in separate accommodation we are thinking of booking a 2 bed at OKW.
There seems to be two room layouts - one with the kitchenette removed as a dedicated 2 bed room. The other a 1 bed along with a studio.
We are a family of 5 so wondering about the bathroom provision as SIL joining us we would be better with at least 2 bathrooms?
Question is we are not sure what are the bathroom arrangements in the above combination? Not sure we would be happy with everyone sharing one bathroom as we are a fafafamily of 5

The bathroom is the same in either configuration, there is one off the master and one in the studio/2nd bedroom. What is different in the dedicated is there is a second closet in the 2nd bedroom instead of an outside door and the kitchenette is replaced with a second bathroom sink & counter. I stayed in a dedicated once in the second bedroom and it was nice having a second bathroom sink in the bedroom because then me and my friend could both get ready at once.

Thanks. As long as there is the two bathrooms in either configuration then OKW is looking like a good option :goodvibes

We aren't crazy about the studios at OKW. The door to the outside is right by the bed, unlike at other studios where there is a little hallway between the outside door and the beds. We thought the noise level in our OKW studio was the worst of any studio that we stayed in - you heard every bus, car and person walking around on the stairs outside the room.

On the other hand, we loved the dedicated 2 bedroom at OKW - it was huge. With a dedicated 2 bedroom, there is only one door to the outside, and it is in the living area. The outside noise didn't bother anyone in our family in the 2 bedroom.

Most of the studios are at the ends of the buildings, so there is more exposure to outside noises. One bedrooms only have the door accessible to the stairs (which is also distant to the rest of the living spaces in the villa) and walkways (no windows except for the bathroom window which is sealed). The studios have a window and a door open to the stairs and walkway.

The most noise to the one bedrooms will be from the porch side - mowing the grass, golfers, boats, etc.
