OKW room categories

I have just read something about room categories at OKW on the DVC site. Can anybody elaborate on this as i seem to have missed the information on it.

There is a new room catagory of "close to Hospitality House" that can be booked and guaranteed at booking. It includes the rooms in buildings 11-14 and buildings 23-26. Bear in mind that NONE of these buildings have elevators or the second door to the bathroom in the 1 and 2 bedroom villas.

OK. That's good to know.

If we wanted a room along the route the boat takes to DTD. Would those buildings have the second door to the bathroom? I'm planning for a girlfriend trip in '09 in a 2 bedroom, and would be asking for the first floor, so maybe that would be too many requests.

It think you are okay if you get one of those buildings as they are numbered above 30 and those have the additional door to the bathroom through the laundry room. They would be 45,46 and 55.
