OKW Questions

Ok, It's official, I have been blessed to find an awesome Diser that I am renting points from. We are staying at OKW, from Nov 23-28th of this year. I was wondering a couple things...

1.) An paticular buildings to request?
2.) Is the bus route confusing at the resort?
3.) We have a 2 bedroom, and 8 people. Myself,DH,FIL,MIL, and 4 children. Will this be big enough?
4.) Also, how is Olivia's and the Goods to GO?

I'm going 1st DVC trip 3rd week Aug. We have six. Me, wife, 2 18 yr old, 13, and 8. Booked two bdr around HH. The kids will like the activities around HH (short walk etc...). You have parents and grandchildren. Decide what best suits them. You can get far from the beaten path or stay close to activities. It's a good size place. The bus is good from what I've read. They're dedicated and circle the resort and stop at HH on the way out. The DTD bus stops at HH on the way in and circles the resort (someone please correct me here if I'm incorrect). I didn't request view or bldg. Ask for water view. 8 people in 2bdr!? OK, that's what it sleeps. Every one gets along? Who snores? Biggie, how old are the kids? The main bdr sleeps 2 (king), the other bdr sleeps 4 in two beds (two queens). Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. If the kids are young, throw them all in the living room if the Parent in laws need sleep.

No elevators at OKW except for Bldg 62, 63 and 64. And they kind of save those for guests needing accessibility. So plan on taking the steps. Or request a first floor villa.

I got the 2BR for just the four of us because DH snores, DS has to watch TV to fall asleep, and DD will only sleep in a full sized bed alone.

So - if no one's quirky in your family, you should be fine.

StayFLA - We'll be there the end of Augst, too, and DH is also a Ralph. Hope your spouse's screaming voice is different than mine . . .
