Can you have the front desk print out your boarding passes the day before you leave? I've read that you can go to the concierge desk at your resort, and they'll do it for you, but I don't think that OKW has one.

How can I print out my boarding passes the day before I leave to (unhappily) fly home?

Thanks!!

1) Any resort will print non-Magical-Express boarding passes.
2) DME passes MUST be printed by DME personnel.

My friend did at OKW she brought her conformation number and ID to the front desk and they printed it out for her. She did it 24 hours in advance because she was flying southwest. You should have no problems! Have Fun!

Also, if you have any problems getting a printout there is another way, at least on Southwest. Just do your online checkin and get the Boarding Pass. Obviously you can't print it out, but it will be assigned. When you get to the airport they can print it out there. I know that still means you have to go to some desk or kiosk, but at least you already have your seat assignment!

OKW has the ability to print boarding passes because I stayed there just this past July and they printed my boarding passes that morning. But I am not sure if they can do it the night before flying.

I am flying Southwest, and obviously, would like to get an A boarding pass.

But we wn't have a computer with us, so i'm not sure how I would do online checkin unless I went to the front desk? Unless there's an internet kiosk or cafe someplace nearby?

I'll plan to stop at the front desk the evening before we leave, and see if they can either check me in online or print out our boarding passes.

Thanks for everyone's help!!

The concierge at OKW performed this service for me this past Sunday (got in the A group....Yeah!!!). So, yes they will do this at OKW and, yes, they do have a concierge desk (its on the right side of the lobby).

When I went to OKW in November they not only printed my boarding pass for continental but they took my luggage too. It was great since this was early in the am and we didn't have a flight until 7pm that night.

It was wonderful and we didn't have any luggage to carry from the car rental drop off to the airport. What a service!!

There are specific airlines that participate in this with Disney. When we flew American we were were able to have the front desk print our boarding pass and check our luggage at OKW. Next trip we flew Alaska Airlines and they weren't included in the participants.

I don't recall all the airlines that participate but you could call MS, they would probably have the info.

From AllEarsNet:
"Resort Airline Check-In Service at your Disney resort is only available if you are flying domestically (includes Puerto Rico) on the following airlines: American, Continental, Delta (including Song), JetBlue, and United (including TED). It is a complimentary (free) service."
