OKW Pool slide

Does OKW have a slide at one of the pools?

No, they have a dolphin play area and a great sauna though! Also a great sand beach play area for the little ones. We prefer the smaller quiet pools at OKW. They seem more like a home pool, and there are nice spas and playareas at each.

No slides at OKW. Because there are no special attractions at the OKW pools, there aren't any pool-hoppers, which tends to keep the crowds at a reasonable level and prevents the "Human Soup" effect of too many bodies in cloudy water. YUK! You actually can find a chaise lounge to sit on, as well!

There are pool hoppers at OKW, the difference is the guests from OKW are pool hopping to other WDW resort pools. I have run into OKW guests pool hopping at BWV numerous times. It is always fun to run into different DVC members and talk DVC while lounging around the pools.

I would not call the dolphin area a "play area"...no one is supposed to play in the area--it is some fiberglass dolphins in a fountain next to the pool and the area is off limits..no swimming or playing in the fountain or on or near the dolphins.
