OKW planning questions? (1st time, please help)

We are arriving at MCO on Sat 10/11 at staying at the Hyatt MCO (1 night).

We rented OKW DVC points and have a reservation their for Sun 10/12 -10/17.

We have our park tickets.

1. What time is the 1st bus from MCO airport to OKW on Sunday?

2. We are going to purchase the DDP. Will OKW let us get our keys / and purchase the DDP early Sunday morning before we hit MK?

3. Is it a good idea to transfer our MYW tickets onto our room keys?

Are you referring to ME buses? If so arrangements need to made ahead of time, I doubt you can just hop on a bus.

DDP has to be aranged at least 48 hours prior to check in, it can not be added when you check in. If you are renting points the party you rented from need to make the arrangements.

Yes, you tickets can be transferred to your room keys.

We received our Magical Express vouchers and luggage bag tags. I didn't notice a certain time (departure time) on the vouchers. Do you have to call and reserve a seat? We had planned on walking our bags down from the Hyatt hotel and getting on the bus.

Also, we did tell the person that made our DVC reservation that we wanted the DP. In fact we resceived a reservation # and was allowed to book all of dinning meals. He informed reservations. However, we were told we pay for it once we check in. Is that true?

If you have your vouchers you are confirmed for ME, I think the operating hours are 6 AM to 11 PM. Yes you pay for DDP upon arrival. Hope you have a wonderful stay at my favorite home. I've still have 225 days until we return

If you will be staying at the airport the first night DO NOT put your luggage tags on your suitcases before you fly out. If you do, your suitcases will be taken to OKW when you land at the airport. You will not have the opportunity to pick them up and take them to the Hyatt. Actually, you won't be using the luggage tags at all since you'll have your bags with you. You'll just bring them with you to the ME buses and they'll travel with you to OKW.

On the morning you will be taking the ME bus just head down there and get in line at the counter. You'll need to give them your ME tickets and they will direct you to the proper line. I would guess that ME starts pretty early...by 8 or 9 certainly.

As others have mentioned, you will need to purchase the DDP at least 48 hours before your arrival. You will need to have the member from whom you rented points arrange for this for you. Then you will pay for the DDP at check in. Make sure you take care of this before you leave as it will not be possible to do it once at OKW.

As for tickets, we never add them to our room key but not for any specific reason. We just don't. It really is personal preference.

You are probably fine on the DDP, and yes, you will pay for DDP directly to Disney at checkin. If you are nervous about DDP being arranged, I would contact the owner you rented from and confirm through them. As others have mentioned, DDP is NOT something you can do on your own.

The fact that you were allowed to make ADR's has nothing to do with DDP. Thousands of people make ADRs, and they are offered no matter how you are paying for the meals.
