OKW one bedroom with 2nd bathroom entrance?

If I want a one bedroom at OKW with 2 bathroom entrances it's best to book a room not near the HH? Is that right?

Only buildings 30 and higher have the extra entrance. 11-29 only have an entrance through the master BR
