We're considering a stay at OKW and would most likely book a 1 bedroom. Just wondering how comfortable the sofa beds are? We have a DS17 who is a pretty big guy, and would prefer something comfortable for him. If the sofas aren't that great, we would probably switch to a studio so we would have two beds.

Thanks.

My mom went with us last trip and we had a one bed at OKW and AKLV.She has bad arthritis and said both were comfortable though the one at OKW a little on the hard side. She is 72 years old.
BTW she didnt want the double bed .We did offer but said too soft:happytv:

The sleeper chair is more comfortable than the sleeper sofa. It has a thinner mattress.

My 14 yr old son will not sleep on the sofabed at OKW. It's the old-fashioned kind with a frame and a thin mattress, which means it has a bar down the middle. We found the sofabeds at SSR, THV, and VWL much more comfortable.

That said, the pull-out chair is very comfortable. If a twin-size bed works, it's a great option. One thing I love about OKW is that even with the chair (and the sofa if used) pulled out, there is plenty of additional space for others to use. There is a loveseat and a large dining area with a table and four chairs.

We haven't had one of those at OKW for several years now. We've had the one like at SSR and that is the one with the thin sectioned mattress on the platform. It wasn't very good.
