OKW--Olivia's Gluten free?

Well, now that I am a DVC member, I already have vacation-itis! We are booked for January at OKW (I like this--go to Disney and 3 months later go again!)

Anyone eaten at Olivia's at OKW? Are they good for GF?
Would love to hear some tips.

Our DD (age 19) is gluten intolerant and we've eaten at Olivia's a few times. I recall them bringing out special rolls for her and adapting whatever she ate. I cannot remember what she had but know there was no issue or we would not have eaten here again.
She's eaten at many table service restaurants in the world with no issues.
