OKW New Beds

I just got off the phone with a manager at OKW/SSR about the beds. Brief history,Stayed in Jan. Bldg. 13, terrible beds- HARD AS A ROCK. They did provide plenty of egg crates for the bed and it did make it better. I was concerned going again in Jan. Was told these are the new beds. They are Sealy and are good for a bad back. She assured me I could get as many egg crates as I needed, but not sure what we are going to do. They are being replaced on an as needed basis. I am booked in HH area so I shall see. She did say the beds in AKV Kidani are great. So we may try to change. So if you like a softer mattress hope for an older room I thought I was set with OKW and dates and now I may have to change both due to beds and work schedules. Oh the planning.

I stayed at BWV last year and noticed the 1 bedroom king was very hard.

Really... I thought it was plush yet firm? Funny how we all have different perceptions..
