OKW lovers...you have won me over!

Wow 5 Teen girls! You probably need 5 bathrooms in your villa! I only have 3 girls and 1 is in diapers!

Ten bathrooms wouldn't have been enough with our girls. Fortunately those days are almost long gone. We're down to our last one who is graduating from HS this week.

I absolutely cannot wait for our trip to OKW. It looks and sounds like a wonderful place for my family of 5 (me, husband, and "kids" 21-19-15yrs)to stay. I booked 2brm room villa...we will love the space! (Didn't want to stay in just a motel room and be miserable) Our trip cannot come soon enough. We do need to rent a car w/pick up at the orlando airport. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Since becoming DVC members we've never really needed a rental car. Magical Express and Disney Resort Transportation is really user friendly. When we fly down we don't need a car. Before DVC/OKW and we stayed at the values it was a different story.

OKW 1 bedrooms have so much room!!! OKW is the best if you have babies, small children or grandparents and may be spending more time in your room.

I think we got lucky to get OKW for December. So how easy is it to get it at 7 months for June?

We have a big trip we are planning for June 2012. We will be bringing my parents and our daughters' friend. I think OKW would be perfect for our summer vacation! Do the pools get pretty crowded during the day?

I'm having so much fun reading all of this! We'll be staying at OKW for the first time Nov. 8-12. We had family going down that week, and though we hadn't planned on another trip this year...we had the points...we can go to the MVMCP..you see where this is going!! So nice to see so many good reviews/thoughts!!

We booked SSR studio at 11 months for 12/7 to 12/14/11. We changed to OKW at the 7th month window. We are semi-snowbirds from NJ and are looking forward to a relaxing week. We will be attending a Disney Fan Club (NFFC) event on 12/3, staying at Pop for a few days, then going to "The Villages" to visit my DS and DBIL who just moved to FL from NJ this week. Then we just come back to OKW to relax. We combine DME with a rental car. DH likes to take the DME bus from/to the airport, but likes a rental car on property.

We are recent OKW converts. VWL will always be #1 in our hearts, but BWV and OKW are really close 2nds. We love OKW!! So much so that we canceled a VWL 2 week stay in Oct. to stay again at OKW. We were just there in March and cant wait to go back!

We always rent a car and love OKW because it's so close to everything. I'm at HS waiting for the Beauty and the Beast show to start.

We were there in Jan. My absolute favorite place to stay. I hope to go back 1 day. I spent 9 wonderful days there with my son, husband and parents.

Wendy, you are going to fall in love with OKW! I did! I am so happy its my home resort, and although DBF wants to try all of them and wants to stay at AKL next, I am trying to figure out a way to wiggle OKW in there as well. I am in pre-plan mode right now with a fall trip since our AP's expire the end of Nov. Have to get in another trip and then renew!

I am planning to take advantage of this awesome DVC trip and do a full trip report I think! I can't wait to take lots of pictures of Jambo and OKW!!! I just want to hop on a plane and leave cold PA behind this December and listen to the music at OKW! Wait...do they play tropical music? I hope so!!!

DH and I are already scheming how we can live part of the year at OKW -- really!
