Does anyone know if the new appliances at OKW include a washer with a softener dispenser?

I like using the wisk tablets since they are so easy to pack. But want to purchase fabric softener on our grocery stop if new washers have a dispenser. Sure helps keep the wrinkles out of our clothes and nobody wants to iron when on vacation!

I don't remember for sure whether the washers have a softener dispenser...pretty sure they don't.

Although we don't use them at home, I can tell you that dryer sheets worked very well. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

I did not notice one in Feb. but, then again, I was using dryer sheets. And....I iron everyday when on vacation.

You could get one of those "dispenser balls" that are sold in the laundry aisle. They are great.

Iron......I am familiar with the word, but unfamilar with this usage as it pertains to clothes......

Good idea Gail. I'll check out the dispenser balls. DD is allergic to whatever is in the softener sheets, but, not the liguid softener. Go Figure.

Amen to no ironing!

LOL, well, they supply an ironing board decoration and an iron decoration. These are useful decorations as they actually work.
:)
I don't use liquid fabric softner as I have a front loader and it makes a hell of a mess if you open the door to put the softner in.
I use dryer sheets, but, only for linens and underware, as we do not use the dryer for clothes. We hang those to dry. So, I iron.

I hope you don't hang them outside if you or anyone in your family has allergies at all.

I'm pretty picky about what I put in the dryer. We use one of the closets in the second bedroom at OKW to hang wet clothes on hangars. It works very well.

I wouldn't put them outside for two reasons. The first, with FL's humidity they'd never dry, and second, I wouldn't want to hang my clothes on the porch railings for appearance sake.

No allergies (just some perfumes), no problem, but, thanks for the concern.
