I was just reading some posts about the refurb at OKW and saw some mention of sleeper chairs. Will this make the one bedrooms accommodate 5 guests like BLT and AKV? If so...that would be AWESOME!!!

Thanks!

As we post, most of OKW should already have the sleeper chairs. Frankly....THEY ARE UGLY!

I don't care if they're ugly! I just need it to fit my 9 year old son!!!

I don't know how I missed the info about the sleeper chairs until today!

The other day I called and booked 3 nights in a one bedroom at Kidani for Jan. 23-26. Afterwards we talked about adding on the night of Jan. 22 since it's my husbands bday. Today I was crunching numbers to figure out how to extend January plus still have enough points for what we want to book next December. Well after reading about the sleeper chairs I looked at the OKW point chart and couldn't believe one bedrooms were only 21 points for weeknights. I called MS and was able to book a one bedroom at OKW for Jan. 22-26th! I'm so excited! We have never stayed at OKW and I've always wanted to. I wasn't super thrilled about staying at Kidani again so this is AWESOME!:cool1::woohoo::dance3::cheer2:

If you usually stay at AKV, you will be blown away by the size of an OKW 1 bedroom.

My 9 year old DD slept in the sleeper chair at an OKW refurbed 1 bedroom in July. She said it was super comfy. :thumbsup2

Awesome! If he was comfy on the trundle at POR I'm sure he'll love the sleeper chair at OKW. I'm sooooooo super excited about our reservation at OKW! It's all I can think about!

You will be thrilled you are at OKW if you have 5 plus a baby, you will need that extra room.

I am so glad to hear this. We are about a year and a half away from a trip that will include my step daughter and grandson. My daughter deifnitely wanted to come on that trip too so that means five. We were thinking Kidani Village for the sleeper chair or Bay Lake Tower. But OKW is so much bigger that we will probably try for there instead!

Does anyone know when the reno will be complete? We'll be staying in a HH 1 bedroom in mid-March and I'd love to be able to leave the air matress at home!

Thank you. Might/might not be that great looking but the important thing is it serves it's purpose and will help a lot of people out.
