How many floors are there at OKW?

I am thinking about renting a 2bd lockoff and was hoping not to have to climb too many steps.

Most is 3 stories, many are 2 I think. I usually request first floor, and usually get it.

The only buildings with lockoffs on the 3rd floor without an elevator are 14,18,35 and 38.
