We have the two Old Key West Grand Villas in the Hospitality House area for a week in July. I’m starting to wonder if we should get my 75 year old mother an ECV so she won’t be worn out all the time. My dad will be 76, but he’s more active (walking, mowing lawns, etc.) than she is.

Anyway... the GV are on the 2nd floor. That won’t be a problem for my mom or our strollers because we can put them in my brother & nieces vehicles. But what about an ECV? Is there somewhere it could be out of the elements and out of the way and get charged?

I’ve been to OKW several times, but never paid attention to this type of situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

There really is no place to put an ECV to make sure it doesn't get wet or moved. Especially with July being the rainy season. Unless you reserve a studio on the first floor of the same building and that might be difficult.

That’s what I figured. We’ll probably play it by ear and rent one at the park when she needs it. Don’t have to worry about getting on and off the bus or parking/charging it that way.

Thank you for the answer!
