OKW grand villa availability question

Hello DVC experts!
We are eagerly awaiting our 7 month booking window to open for Feb 20-25, 2024. I have been watching availability on the OKW Grand Villa and it looks like ONLY the night of Wed. 21 is showing UNavailable for this unit in the entire month of February. Anyone know why this night in particular would be out of circulation for the grand villa? We know it's a holiday week (for us in NY) but It has been this way for a few weeks of my checking/ stalking the availability charts.... not sure if this is normal, and if so, what are our chances of snagging an OKW grand villa through waitlist?

We are still 8 months out. That Wednesday, Feb 21, is right after President's Day and also acts as the beginning of reservations for the Princess Half-Marathon weekend, which is the highest DVC demand time that exists between mid-Jan and mid-Sep. Unless you own OKW and can book Feb 22 through the night of 24 now, you face a significant risk of those days also disappearing even before 7-months out..

As you probably know, there's a small supply and large demand for OKW's Grand Villas. I'm guessing Wednesday is an overlap day between two separate party's reservations (end of one, beginning of another), so I wouldn't count on that day freeing up.
