OKW for spa appointment at Dolphin

The men are taking the car. We need to arrive at the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin by 10 am. Will be at OKW.

That's pretty early in the morning, so your options are going to be fairly limited.

I would say to use this: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/minnie-van-service/

There is also OKW Bus > Hollywood Studios > Walk to Dolphin...
but this has issues. It depends on when HS opens that morning. It could be crowded. I think the ferry dock at HS is still closed, so you have to walk. The front of HS is chaos because of all the construction...​

Bus to EPCOT > Walk through EPCOT > Ferry to Dolphin
but that's a lot of walking and if one link goes bad, you could be very late.

On your way back you will have more options...

Bus > Disney Springs > Old Key West
Ferry > EPCOT > Walk Through EPCOT > Bus to OKW
Bus from Boardwalk / Beach / Yacht > Disney Springs > OKW

Once it is later in the day you can take the ferry / bus / walk from Springs to OKW.

Since Disney Springs won't be open before 10, your bus options to and from there are limited / non-existent in the morning.

Did it! Used Lyft to and fro. What a bargain!!! Won't use Uber for ethical reasons. It was super easy. Thinking we will do it again for HDDR

Just an FYI...The boats are running to HS now. I was there 8/31-9/9 and there were no issues.

Ah, nice, good. We were there about two weeks ago and the front of HS was complete chaos. Buses were stopping in an alternate location, parking tram had to park further away than the parking lot, the ferry wasn't running...

Wasn't planning on going back until things calmed down a bit.

The boats are the only thing in that area that ARE normal, lol. The rest is still chaos.
