Has anyone else been having trouble with Petsmart posting lately? I did 2 orders in the last 3 weeks for the bonus 100 AM per $100 spend but neither have posted. I’ve never had any issues in the past with Petsmart posting.

I have never had any probems with them posting in the past,,,maybe it that it for 100 Airmiles though per spend of $100?

I have not had any of my 3 PetSmart purchases ever show up but since it wasn't a big deal I didn't bother. I have also never had any of my Lego purchases show up so I know what stores not to use for the Shop the Block promo.

Well I will be doing one (online PetSmart) tomorrow for STB and I will post in that thread when it posts.
So sorry you have not got any Airmiles for your shops Judy.
I would call Airmiles on that .

I've not had issues in the past. I hope I don't this week because that was one action I was counting on. I always pick my things up in store and I know there is one additional step they have to do at their end to close off the transaction. I always get a "thanks for picking up your order" email after that and I rest assured that the miles will post. Sometimes it has taken 2 or 3 days to post.

If the store failed to do that last part of the transaction that might be the issue. Not everyone is well trained.
