OKW for a birthday

We will be staying at OKW for our upcoming trip to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday. I know that other WDW resorts will do something special for a birthday, but will OKW?? If so, what do they do and how do I let them know?

They sent balloons and an autographed Tigger picture to our room for DD's birthday last year (free of charge). They usually have mickey cakes available (for purchase) but they were all out that day! Dh had to run to Gooding's. Dh asked about it when he checked in.
