OKW extension decline paperwork?

I responded last November to decline the OKW extension. I was told the final paperwork would be sent in January - then I was told February. It's coming up to April and still no final paperwork. Has anyone else finalized their decline of extension paperwork?

The paperwork may be signed at the SSR Sales Center while at WDW - but the documents have not yet been sent to those declining. If you already sent in the card notifying DVC that you are declining, I would not worry too much about when the documents will arrive. There will be no penalty or problem until you have had opportunity to complete the process. All OKW owners already recieved a $30 credit on their annual fees for 2008 to compensate for any costs/hassle associated with signing/notarizing the forms.

I was told they are being prepared and mailed by a third party company. They had hoped to begin sending them in late March - so I would expect members to begin receiving them soon - but we've had no reports of anyone getting theirs yet. We completed our paperwork in February - but did not get copies of the documents - we were told it would take about 6 weeks for that to happen (and that is fast approaching).

We signed our papers a couple weeks ago when we were at WDW. It was very fast, easy and a good excuse to get another ice cream!
