IS OKW direct extended? and what is current pricing?

Yes I do believe they are selling the extended direct only. I think the direct purchase price is $165 PP

All contracts bought via Disney are 2057. When the ground lease was extended to 2057, it did in really extend all contracts so any new points have to be 2057. Any current owner of a 2042 who sells it has to sign the quit claim deed in order to complete the sale, if they had not down so years ago when the extension was offered.
