OKW- DD boat launch?

Just curious - is the DD boat launch near the hospitality house?

Yes it is. It starts at 12:00 noon and runs until around 10:00 pm

As Nick stated, the boat starts it's runs at 12:00 noon and makes the last run at 9:40pm to DD.

Is the walk to DD reasonable from OKW? Where would be the best building or location to be at to make it ok? Is there a place to rent golf carts to ride around like at Fort Wilderness?

At its closest point, the walk is about a mile.

There are busses that run constantly to Downtown Disney which you should be able to catch near your building. If you want to take the boat but don't want to walk to the HH, ask one of the park busses if they will be stopping at the HH before they leave the resort. Most do stop there.

There are no golf cart rentals.

If you choose to walk, the best buildings would be 45 thru 55. These are all the buildings served by South POint bus stop. The walkway goes off behind building 55 and follows the canal to the back side of DTD and takes about 12 minutes.
