OKW-Concierge Desk?

We are staying at OKW for the 1st time (paying guests; not owners) and was wondering if there is a concierge desk? I have some questions/help I need and was wondering if there was a phone #. I called the # off the WDW site and it was a general switchboard for Disney. She transferred me to the store at OKW and the CM said she could not transfer me; they are not allowed to do that and she didn't know the #. And there is no # on my reservation.
Thanks for any help! Really looking forward to 25th wedding anniversary at OKW!

Yes, there is a concierge desk. It's right next to check-in.

All WDW resorts now have Lobby Concierge.
