The colored paper with the names and dates will be in the ziplock bag on the side of the box. Please remember to mark your name off, zip it back in place and point out to the Cast Member who is the next participant when you take it to Bell Services.

REMEMBER the last date by your name is the date you need to take to Bell Services.
