Okw check out leaving late question ???

We will be checking out of OKW the morning of Sunday, May 27 then storing our luggage at OKW then returning late after 1 am Monday morning to pick up luggage and meet our town car service for a ride to an airport hotel. I check with OKW they said someone will be available to give us our luggage. Still skeptical, anyone done this ???

Disney hotel front desk and bell service are available 24/7. We've gotten help from BCV bell service at around 1am without issue.

Yes, they're available for assistance. We've left at 4:00 AM and had no issues. I would suggest you give them a heads-up and request the service ahead of time (sometime that evening would work).
