OKW cash rate

I booked 2 - 2 BR's for this summer and inquired about the cash rate for 8/1. I was quoted a price of $397.50. I believe this is with the member discount., only because the CM was saying "OKW cash night with member discount". Am I correct?? Does this price inlcude taxes?? I don't think so - but I'm trying to weigh my options. Thanks.

That's the cash rate we are paying for one of our nights in a 2 bdr at OKW in Feb. It doesn't include taxes I don't think.

Cash rates do NOT include taxes...

Paying 279 plus tax for a studio at BWV in april....CM said taxes
are NOT included....

I didn't realize you DON'T have to pay for the 1st night with DVC cash
rates
CM said you just pay the whole balance on checkin

Thanks for the replys. We were considering moving over to the POLY for a couple of days, but for about $30/day extra we can get a 2 BR.

We are travelling without an annual pass this year - we are only in Disney for 7 days and no trip planned for next year - it's killing me. There are so many more decisions to be made. LOL

I would have never thought that you would not have to pay for this until check in. If booking a cruise on cash through MS, you have to pay for the whole thing in full at time of booking.
Can this actually be correct????

Yep, that's correct. We haven't paid anything on the cash night. You pay for it at check-in.
