OKW Buildings to Avoid?

We are going back for our 2nd visit to OKW on Saturday. We are actually BWV owners but love OKW, aw well. We have ressies for a 1 bdr. Our first stay was in a 2 bdr in building 64 and it was just perfect. We asked for a golf course view, on an upper floor. My DH would like me to ask for the same bldg, but I would like to try another. Again, we asked for a golf course view, that is quiet. We always rent a car, so bus stops are not an issue. Other than that, it really doesn't matter. Are there any buildings we should avoid?

We stayed in building 28 1 bedroom last May, on the end closest to building 29, second floor. We were facing the fairway, but we it was partially blocked by trees. I don't think the first floor would have had any view except bushes. We noticed building 29 the trees were practically on the porches, I don't think there would be any view. I've heard other people say that building 39 is bad because it is close to the Bonnett Creek Parkway. I requested Turtle Pond Road, water view, 2nd floor for this May. We are hoping for one of the buildings that are across from 28, the view from there looked good, there's a pond and not many trees.

I would Not avoid buildings 62,63,64. I am speaking from only one 8 day stay at OKW but we stayed at building 62 last July and that was great. The views, the closeness to HH,and the easy access to the buses.

The only building we have ever had that I really disliked was #44. We were on the end of the building closest to Turtle Pond Road, and we could hear the buses as they stopped at the bus stop, then started up and went around the circle. Then they seemed to accelerate right around the building. The other end of the building is probably fine, but the bus noise did bother me. If you think this would bother you too, you might check a map of OKW and see where all the bus turn-arounds are and try to avoid those buildings.
