OKW building 62 not "close to HH"

From prior visit to OKW building 62 is the closest to the HH, however, it's not listed as one of the HH buildings. Any idea why it isn't considered close to HH?

Because it is one of the three elevator buildings. Those are often kept for guests with a medical need to not use stairs.

Near HHArea is eight buildings (11-14 and 23-26). That's a small number of the total. It would keep those with medical needs from getting the elevator.
