OKW booking question

We are planning a trip for May 3-15, 2009. We own at SSR and AKV but want to stay at OKW since we can get the most nights for our money there (and enjoy the size of the rooms based on previous stays). We want to reserve a 1 BR.

Do those of you who travel often in May think that we can wait until 7 months out from the check-out date to book? I'm hoping since school is still in session that we can get away with booking all 12 nights at once, rather than calling day-by-day.

I've gone many times during that time and never had a problem at 7 months for a 1 bedroom. With the new booking system (7 or 11 months from arrival date for up to 7 nights), you don't have to call day by day. You can call for May 3 to 9 on Oct 3. Then call to extend for May 10 to 15 on Oct 8. Or you can call for the whole thing on Oct 8 (at least 7 months before arrival for up to 7 nights).

Guess I didn't know about the new booking window; when did that change? I will either call all at once or as you suggested above.
