Don't get your hopes up as TOW lounge is accessable to BLT guests only.

when i was there 2 months ago, you needed a room key from the BLT that said *DVC Member* on it.

if it doesn't work out, just take the sky bridge across to the 4th floor viewing area at the contemporary.

TOWL is open to members staying at BLT using their membership (points or cash).

According tho the rules you must be a BLT guest. I guess you could always hope for a little and ask anyway. If no luck then you could always use the CR 4th Floor Observation Deck.
