OKW ~ Bldg 16 or 62?

We are looking for a non-smoking, dedicated 2 bedroom with a view of the green? Has anyone stayed in either of these before, any recommendations? Thanks ~ we always pass them & they seem to have such gorgeous views & so close to Hanks, I thought this time we would try with a request. Have a great day!

just ask for a non-smoking 2 bedroom dedicated with a great view of the green - DVC room controllers will love you - most guest ask for a water view - so a golf green view will be a great request!

you might be surprised how many wonderful golf views there are at OKW.

We stayed in 62 2 weeks ago, in a 1 bdrm with a lockoff. Our view was of a large pond area - very pretty! The room looked new! I believe this building has elevators, it also had the extra door to the bathroom. Don't know about the dedicated - but we really liked the location - short walk to the HH, great view, etc. Have fun!

62 was non-smoking as well.

One thing to consider, i believe 62 may be the building with very little parking right outside....though if you aren't driving its not an issue.

You might be thinking of building 64 at OKW. That building does not have a parking lot in front of the building. I have stayed in building 64, & we drive. We have not had problems with parking. That being said some older member friends did not like building 64 when they stayed there last year because of the lack of parking right out front.

I am looking at an OKW map. I would think of the two buildings, building 16 would have a better view of the golf course. We were in building 62 on our last trip. We had a one bedroom unit on the ground floor on the end closest to the corner/Hospitality House. We liked the location & view, but we didn't see a lot of the golf course. Just an observation ... Enjoy!

Buildings 62, 16, 17, 18 and also 23 have nice views of that particular green. All are non-smoking buildings and all have dedicated 2BR villas.

Buildings 63, 64 and 15 also have views of an island green. 64 is the one with limited parking (those guests can share the lots near #63, 15 and 16 for easy access to 64).

All of these buildings are relatively close to both HH, a bus stop and the main pool. There are many other buildings with great golf views.
