OKW back to basics

Hi - we are going back to OKW this weekend for the first time since COVID. Not visiting parks. Decided we wanted to hang by the pool and do some simpler things. Wondering if its going to be crazy buses its a holiday weekend. Everyones telling me the crowds are way low right now so I am hoping for the best.
Is it possible to rent surrey bikes at the moment?
Is Winter/Summerland golf open?
Are the friendship ferries running?
Are the spas open yet?

The Bike Barn at FW is open.
Fantasia Mini golf is open. Winter/Summerland is not.
Friendship boats and boats to Disney Springs are not operating.
The EPCOT monorail is not running.
Spas are not open.

From what I have heard you can rent dirty bikes at OKW still.
