OKW: Any good views from first floor villas?

We're traveling to OKW in 4 weeks with my parents. Because of some mobility issues for my stepdad, I need to request a first floor villa. Most of the ones I've seen have less than stellar views from the patios. Any buildings with better views from the bottom floors?

I guess it depends on what you call a stellar view. We had a 2nd floor room with this view in Bldg 17:

I'm sure the 1st floor room view would be very similar, though at a different angle.

And I don't have a picture handy but we've stayed on the first floor of Bldg 26 looking out over the golf course and it was pretty enough.

The only views that I might consider poor would be if the entire balcony was obstructed by vegetation. We haven't seen anything like that. Good luck with your trip!

The only bad first floor views from a balcony I have had was in building 29. All the other 1st floor views we have had have been great. Especially liked the ones in 45 adn 46 and 21.

I had a spectacular view of palms and magical Disney dirt in a 1st floor building 12 studio once. If you jumped up you could almost see the green from the golf course. Of course this is all a plus if you plan on shooting bottle rockets at the golfers.

Or if a lot of the golfers have a nasty hook!

I've had good views from one bedrooms, which are usually more towards the middle of the buildings (I've been in 31, 43, 37). Building 28 was bad, right next door to the one Diane mentioned. Studios are usually on the ends and are set back, so they don't have as good a view.

Thanks for posting everyone! The only experience I have at OKW is for villas on the 2nd floor...each one has had wonderful views. However, when I looked down, the first floor patios opened up to brush and bushes. I'm glad to know there are better views.....hopefully pixie dust will be in the air upon our arrival and we'll get a nice one!
