OKW and DVC

Okay, here's a question I have never seen asked. If I rent DVC points from a member for OKW (which I am seriously considering), the rate is a total of 440 points for 4 nights. Do I pay tax on that of 11.5% or is it the straight (or usual, I should say) $10.00 per point, period, equalling exactly $440.00 for the entire time? Would OKW be exciting enough for my 4 year old?

No tax on DVC rooms. Figure the $10 even.

A four year old will enjoy the pool area at OKW just fine. For an older child, the slides at BCV and BWV would be a bit more exciting. You'll love OKW! Diana

I hope that is a typo for the "440 pts"............that is to many points for 4 nights. If it is 44 points....you will pay that amount total($440) with no taxes.
