OKW- Akershus 8am ressie?

When do we need to catch a bus from OKW to make the 8 am ADR for Akershus? How early to they start running for Epcot if it opens at 9?

By 7. Yes, there will be buses running that early, they just won't be as frequent as when the parks are open.

Thanks!! 7 it is. Actually, I'm a bit OCD about time and what not, so it will probably be more like a 10 till.
