Okay, who moved Kansas City?

I'm no genius, but last I remember it was on the western edge of Missouri. According to this article about "Worst Cities" for your skin, it has moved to the middle of Missouri.

We were there at the end of March and the wind we experienced could very well have moved it closer to St. Louis
