i dont know. i dont think Rob will be bad. ive already seen one of the scenes for the movie and its pretty good. kristin isnt too bad either. certainly far from what i imagined tho. i still cant wait.

in terms of who can have edward, you can all have who you think is edward but i have mine. he is perfect for my in every way and i love him and he loves me. my 'edward' pretty much does everything for me, even when i dont ask him to, or when i ask him not to (in the case of buying me things). he is my image of perfection, aka edward (he even calls me his lamb...how cute!)

Read the book! It'll make you enjoy the movie that much more. If you like action packed romance novels, you'd totally love this book.

I'll back her reasoning up. Vampire books aren't really my slice of cake, but I was really curious about this book and all the hype. And now I'm hooked, although not as bad as some others on here.. I just finished the 2nd book and I'm going to get the 3rd one tomorrow.

The movie looks good. And Rob is starting to grow on me. Although in some of the scenes I've seen, he looks a little weird, other ones he looks hott. I still think Chase Crawford would be a better Edward..

How is that for perfection ladies??

When I was your age, you guys, the Harry Potter 4 came out and I had an insane crush on Rob Patterson. I got into a full-fledged DIS war with this girl who crushed on him too (all in good fun, we were really good friends). We had people "supervising" and wizard duels and all that good stuff.

You ladies have about 5-6 pages of postings about fighting over Rob to catch up .

Nowadays, you'll find me oggling over Orlando Bloom and Chace Crawford (I agree Julie!)

very very true!! i had a few in mind, but like someone else said, not everyone is going to be happy with who is picked cuz everyone see's someone differently. truthfully, im not conceded, its just how i read, but i see my bf as edward and me as bella. thats usually how i picture characters the easiest is by seeing who i know that i can relate to that person. one of my best friends is alice, a guy friend of mine is jasper (very compasionate and underappreciated for all his work). my uncle would be emmett (teddy bear hugs) and so on. thats the best way for me to picture the characters, with minor physical detail changes of course, but my 'edward' already has blondish hair (not bronze, but close) my 'alice' usually has black short hair (depending on her mood and the hair dye in her bathroom), my 'emmett' has blond hair and a superman tattoo (i always wonder if emmett would get a tattoo if he could, he seems liek that type), and my 'jasper' has really dark colored hair (tho his is longer and really curly). does anyone else have real life friends/family that they picture as twilight characters?

I've kind of always seen Ed Westwick as the darker Edward. I know nobody agrees with me whatsoever, but before the whole relationship began between them, I could see this infuriated Ed Westwick sitting in Biology with his fists clenched a look of hatred on his face.
Ed to me looks rather interesting, I know he's not like the greatest looking guy ever, but he holds a fascination for me.
