Thanks in a large part to these boards I have gotten WONDERFUL deals on our upcoming trip.

But now I'm obsessive, addicted AND greedy :)

I got a 3 bedroom villa at Doubletree for $95/night

2 different car rentals (one for us, one for the grandparents who are staying an extra day). Dollar Intermediate car for $189/10 days, compact car with free upgrade to intermediate $156/11 days. I kept watching the rates and switching the reservation around and these current prices are about $100 and $40 less (respectfully) than they were originally.

We're flying JetBlue. 5 of us booked the flight at $74 each, one way ($148 round trip). I kept watching that and switched it when it was $59 each, one way ($118) Giving us $150 in JetBlue dollars towards another trip. Got our wdw tix thru Paramount so we saved $ and got a free breakfast.

Of course everyday I check to see if any of these prices have dropped to get additional discounts...I feel SO greedy :)

But there are worse addictions :)

:)

I'm also trying to get a decent deal on an 11-day rental, and Dollar's best offer, codes or no codes, right now is around $360. National is better at the moment, but it still comes to $240 with the taxes included. Of course, the dates could be different, but anything I haven't tried yet just might work, right? TIA!

Wow! Very cool!

How did you get the Doubletree rate if you don't mind me asking? :) Is that a Downtown Disney hotel? :)

Hi guys -

NotUrsula - I actually got the Dollar Car rates without a code about 3 weeks ago. They had slashed their prices and I got lucky. The prices are before taxes (add another $60 bucks or so to those prices). My advice is to check-in daily and hope they lower their rates again. I also have membership rewards thru AMEX so I have a coupon to save an additional $100 off of the prices I quoted.

Saffron - the Villa I got is a Doubletree Villas, Maingate. The location seems to be pretty easy to get to and from. I got those rates through Dreams Unlimited (wonderful to work with). Hotel Kingdom also has pretty good rates on that property as well but this time Dreams beat them!

:)

Does Paramount offer 4 day hopper passes w/out pluses? Also, this includes a free breakfast? Can you explain this to me?

Ok, I have this problem too
Learned about the comeback rate here on the boards and got great deal for AKl....tnen since we got a great deal I convinced dbf to upgrade to concierge. Now I want to stay at the Poly next spring. Only problem is we are on more of an All Star's budget. I have become very spoiled. Cross your fingers for some kind of great code for the poly for me.
