I think i am going nuts, there is just to many hotels/resorts to choose from. It seems like i keep finding new ones i didn't know about. And when it seems i have decided i read some ones post that makes me change my mind. I am not to picky, just as long as there are not bugs & it is clean we can handle it. We only will be there for sleep & to rest up.

I got a post card from disney to get the discount, I got a quote from them for 2 rooms 5 adults 2 children for 6 nights $856. that seems like a great deal. But i am not sure about being at a loud hotel.

Are the seraloga used to be the holiday inn, are they really that bad. I have found a great deal for them stay 1 night get the 2nd free for as many nights stay so we would only have to pay for 3 nights of the 6 we are staying. averages out to be about $33 a night. that seems like a great deal as well.

Anyone got any hotel ideas that we can get 2 rooms with 2 beds or maybe something with 2-3 rooms for 7 people for 6 nights for about $800.00 or maybe even less. I have searched my little fingers out your thoughts would help me out as well. Also i prefer to only make a deposit right now. I don't want to have to pay it all at once.

thanks

Did you try looking into a condo? It would have more space then a hotel room, usually in room laundry and a kitchen area for breakfast's (a huge money saver) and any other meal you'd like.

We stayed a the Seralogo when it was Holiday Inn (Jan. 2001). Our travel agent booked us in. I think then we paid $99 a night for a one bdrm (two dbl beds, Murphy bed and pull out sofa. We upgraded to breakfast buffet (which was really quite good), for I think a total of $129/ night. There were 4 of us. The pool was heated and clean - never too crowded, the room was clean and not too run down. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, in fact we're Canadian and asked where to get the best fresh produce and one lady actually brought us in oranges and grapefruit from her own trees.
We're headed down next month and even though we now own a timeshare and are staying one week at Embassy Vacations at Grand Beach and another week at Summer Bay, we're there one night without a condo, we dicided to go back. It is close to Old Town and nothing beats Old Town on a Saturday night. Good luck. :earseek:
