But if you HAD to choose btwn Mama Melrose and Tony's Town Square, which one would it be? Taking in consideration everything: food, ambiance, and service.

Mama Melrose, hands down. We ate at both last year, and while MM is a little loud, the food was good..not great, but good. The honey almond ricotta cheesecake was amazing, we will go back just for that. Service was good, even with the place just about packed. Tony's, on the other hand, had horrible service, and while my steak was good, DH's baked ziti was as dry the Sahara. The waiter was so rude, we went to the manager and asked to have the tip removed. Don't know if that happened, but he did say he would speak to him.

I would say Tony's! We have never had a bad meal there. The restaurant is very nice inside too. We have been to Mama's many times and the food there just doesn't sit well with my belly!

We did not like MM at all. We dined there on two separate occasions, and both times the food was yucky and service was lacking to say the least. I highly doubt we will return there. We haven't been to Tony's as of yet. I keep reading mixed reviews on it. However, I am sure we will give it a try for ourselves one day.

Definitely MM. Have eaten dinner there 3 times; twice excellent food & service, once good but not great food. Tony's on the other hand - eaten there 4 times, and all 4 times mediocre food at best and absolutely terrible, non-Disneylike service. I think we've given them enough chances to redeem themselves from 'just having a bad night'. Would always be happy to go back to Mamma's.

I'm not a fan of either, I think Tony's is bland and MM's uses too much garlic. But I'd pick MM's because at least it has flavor!

Sorry, we've never been to Mama's, but Tony's gets my vote anyway. The food is okay, the service at least once was outstanding, but nothing can beat sitting on the front porch watching the people/parades, etc., go by. One of my favorite MK experiences!

I enjoyed dinner at Mama Ms last year in June but had to skip dessert Due to a world class temper tantrum. I have been to Tonys several times as well, but that was in the early/ mid '90s. It was perfectly adequate food, at an unbeatable location. (right inside the MK) I think it may be a win/ win situation either way Choose based on which park you'll be in. Have a great time

They are both terrible, but Mama Melrose is the lesser of two evils. (sounds like a presidential election)
I would certainly go with Mama Melrose between those 2.
