First pic was me at 269 pounds. Second pic is me at 177. And excuse the sunburn, I just got back from a FABulous Disney Cruise

And for a different reference...these next two pics were taken 7 months apart on Castaway Cay in virtually the same location (and wearing the same outfit, haha). I think there was a 20ish pound difference in these.

First is late September 2009, second was last week.

I stopped stuffing my face with Chipotle burritos Okay, there was more to it than that. But I stuck to a specific calorie range, gave up all soda, did the 30 Day Shred (and now working on P90X) and practiced a LOT of patience.
