I was reading up on the June EMH hours on the DIS Park Hours page and it reads this...

Wristbands distributed no earlier than two hours before the park closes to the general public at the following locations:

Castle Hub
Caribbean Plaza
Riverboat Landing
Seven Dwarf's Mine
Timekeeper Entrance

What in the world does that mean-we are staying @ the POP? Do you have to have these in addition to your MYW tickets to get in to the EMH and Evenings??? I'm confused :confused3

You need the wrist bands to ride any rides after regular park hours. However , these wrist bands are free to resort guests who show their resort IDs at the listed locations at the designated times. At least, that is how I understood it.

Thanks, I was beginning to get concerned...so, do you just go to the places before the park closes??

TIA!

You don't need them for the early hours, they only admit those with resort ID. For the evening EMH's, you need the wristbands so that they can quickly identify resort guests who are permitted to stay, they check at each ride.

You don't have to get them before the park closes - as long as you are a resort guest, you can get in and get your wristband after.

you can get them for the night emh, starting 2hrs b4 the park closes, and any time before the extra 3 hrs are up. the areas to pick them up are all over and easy to find. the only way to get on the rides after the reg hours is to have one on.

p.s. make sure they put it on tight enough, i had one that kept slipping off and had to go back and get a new one put on.

I was pretty sure there was no reason for real concern, but def appreciate the confirmations!

YEA! We can FINALLY look into which days to do what and PS arrangements!
